What to do when you skip a much needed work out? BAKE and bake I did. I baked myself a wonderful chocolate cake with a peanut butter buttercream, Justins peanut butter cups, and just a bit of chocolate ganache. I indulged in a slice which then became two. Ohh boy was it good, but now all I can think about is eating the remainder of my cake. Cheers to the fork to mouth exercise!
